8 Recommissioning the Inverter
6. If the pattern of thermally conductive plastic on the
rear side of the AC power controller assembly
shows evidence of damage, the AC power
controller assembly must be replaced. If small
impurities (see image) are present, these can be
carefully removed using a pointed tool. The pattern
must not be destroyed when doing so.
7. Lead the cable harnesses through the drill holes in the AC power controller assembly.
8. Align the AC power controller assembly and insert it
into the inverter. Guide the printed circuit board
centering bolts of the inverter enclosure through the
corresponding holes in the AC power controller
assembly.
9. Tighten all connecting screws (3.5 Nm). Use the
screws supplied and follow the sequence shown.
10. Plug all cables in the connectors on the AC power controller assembly. No additional tools are
required for this.
11. Make sure that all cables are securely in place by pulling on each cable.
12. Plug in all plugs on the AC power controller assembly.
13. The inverter is issued with a new serial number due to the replacement of the AC power
controller assembly. Affix the supplied type label with the new serial number over the existing
type label.
14. Recommission the inverter (see Section 8, page 16). An update of the AC power controller
assembly might be performed when recommissioning the inverter.
