Scope of delivery:
1x crash bar, left (1)
1x crash bar, right (2)
1x screw, long M10x250 (3)
4x screws, short M10x40 (4)
6x washers (5)
2x spacer washers, large 16mm (6)
4x spacer washers, small 7mm (7)
1x nut M10 (8)
- Remove the screws (9) on the right side.
- Remove the nut (10) on the left side and the bolt (11) on the right side.
NOTE:
Initially tighten the screws hand-tight only.
- Position the right crash bar (2) and mount in position A with the
supplied small spacer washers (7), short screws (4) and washers (5) (see
Figure C).
- Remove the screws (12) on the left side.
- Position the left crash bar (1) and mount in pos. A as on the right side,
using the supplied small spacer washers (7), short screws (4) and
washers (5).
- At pos. B, insert the supplied long screw (3) from the right to the left
and mount with the large distance washers (6), washers (5) and nut (8).
NOTE:
The large distance washer is positioned between the engine bearer and the
crash bar.
- Tighten all screws (45Nm).
