The scales are not connected to the power supply.
- Check if the scales are switched on.
- Check if battery block is inserted.
A load was placed on the scales before being switched
on.
- Remove load
- Switch scales off and back on again
The relevant segment is faulty.
Please notify maintenance service.
Voltage of batteries or battery block is dropping.
- Recharge battery block as soon as possible.
- Replace batteries as soon as possible.
The maximum load has been exceeded.
- Remove load.
Batteries or battery block are flat.
- Charge battery block.
- Replace batteries.
The ambient temperature of the scales is too high or too
low.
- Set up scales in an ambient temperature between
+10 °C and +40 °C.
- Wait approx. 15 minutes until scales have adjusted
to ambient temperature.
The automatic software self-test of the scales has found
an error.
- Restart scales.
- If error message appears again, please contact
maintenance service.
Excessive weight has been applied in general or on one
edge.
- Reduce load on scales or distribute weightmore
evenly.
- Restart scales.
The scales have been switched on with too great a load.
- Remove load.
- Restart scales.
Oscillations have been induced in the scales, preventing
determination of the zero point.
- Restart scales.
