Continuous measurements
The continuous measurements function permits to realise measure-
ments in movement. The rangefinder moves, increasing or reducing
the measured distance, and the distance is continuously displayed.
This permits for example to precisely determine the distance, which
must be travelled approaching the measured surface or moving
away from it.
Activate the appliance and select the adequate measurement ba-
sis. Press and the switch and continuous measurement button and
hold it for approximately three seconds. The appliance will go to the
continuous measurement mode. Move the rangefinder reading the
displayed values.
ATTENTION! Too fast a movement of the rangefinder may lead to
erroneous indications. In case the message „Error" is displayed, it
is required to reduce the speed of movement of the rangefinder. In
order to return to the single measurement mode, press the switch /
continuous measurement or switch button.
Adding and subtracting distance
The rangefinder permits to add or subtract indications.
Activate the appliance and select the adequate measurement ba-
sis. Press the menu button, until the measurements adding (+) or
subtracting (-) indicator is displayed. Carry out measurements of
two distances. The sum of or the the difference between the values
will be displayed in the field of the previous measurement, and the
measurement of the other distance will be displayed in the field of
the last measurement.
Measurements memory
The rangefinder is equipped with a memory, in which the results of
the last twenty measurements are automatically saved. Previous re-
sults are deleted and automatically replaced with newer ones. In or-
der to review the results, activate the appliance and press the menu
button, until the measurements memory symbol is displayed. Press
the switch to display the last twenty results of measurements. Along
with the results, the number of the memory register, the applied
measurement method and the unit of measurement are displayed.
Deleting the results of measurements
Press the switch button to delete the result of the last displayed
measurement.

Solution
Do not direct the laser beam
towards a reflective surface. If re-
quired, cover the reflective surface
with paper.
Carry out measurements, whose
