Il y a plusieurs méthodes pour balayer ton futur terrain de jeu. Il faut tout d'abord délimiter ta

zone en imaginant des barrières invisibles. Pour tes premières détections, choisis des terrains plutôt
rectangulaires pour faciliter tes balayages.

La méthode « N'importe quoi » : il s'agit de la pire façon de prospecter. Elle ne permet pas de savoir
si un endroit a déjà été balayé ou pas.
2.
La méthode « Coquille d'escargot » : une méthode facile pour débuter. Pars d'un des coins de ton
terrain, puis balaye en suivant les quatre extrémités. Approche-toi petit à petit du centre du terrain
en progressant « en spirale ».
3.
La méthode « Quadrillage » : ici, tu vas ratisser l'ensemble de ta surface en faisant des allers et
retours pour progresser. Il faut également chevaucher tes lignes pour ne rien oublier. Une fois les
lignes terminées, tu peux remonter dans l'autre sens pour maximiser tes chances de découverte.

The «any old how» method: this is the least effective detecting method. You have no way of
knowing whether an area has already been swept or not.

The «snail shell» method: an easy way of getting started. Set off from one corner of the plot, then
sweep along the four edges. Get gradually closer to the centre of the plot, advancing in a spiral.
3.
The «grid» method: here, you will comb the whole surface, advancing backwards and forwards
parallel with one edge. Your lines should overlap to ensure you don't miss anything. Once you have
finished all the lines, you can return in the other direction to maximise your chances of finding
something.
