Power
This model has been supplied with a power adapter. Connect this to the back of the
computer and plug it into the mains socket.
Switch on
After pressing a button or pedalling the computer automatically turns on. If any part of the
display malfunctions: check all connections.
Memory
Pre-set data can be stored as user profile (9 in total) in the memory of the computer.
1. Find your profile when starting to exercise by pushing the 'up' button (U1 to U9).
2. Press enter button to select profile.
3. Press up/down to set user data and enter to confirm sex, age, height and weight.
4. Press the start/ stop button to start - all data for time, distance, etc. will count upwards
Mode
4 training modes exist: Manual (incl pre-set of Watt), Program, User and Target Heart Rate.

Manual mode
The resistance can be changed by pressing the Up/ Down button. Press Start to start
training directly or press enter to pre-sets target values (see Pre-sets).
Program mode
The resistance is automatically changed during the training by the computer.
1. Find program profile by pressing the up or down button (see display).
2. Press the enter button to select the profile (12 program profiles available: P1 – P12).
3. Press the enter button to pre-set data (see Pre-sets) or start/ stop button to start.
User mode
An own program profile can be created in the user mode.
1. Press the up/ down button to find the desired resistance level.

(pre-set values will count backwards). Press Start/ Stop again to change pre-sets.
Follow step 1 and 2 from the Memory function. Press enter button.
Find your program with up or down button (see top of display).
Select your program by pressing the enter button.
Press the enter button to select the resistance level for each time segment.
Repeat step 1 and 2 until each time segment has been set.
Press start/ stop once to start exercise directly or press start/ stop button twice to pause
the program – pre-sets can now be set (see Pre-sets).
