Fitness Note
The fitness note is for personal orientation and compares the pulse rate before and after
training. You will notice that your fitness will improve when exercising regularly.

Auto off
The data will be shown for approximately 4 minutes after a training session. If you continue
to train within these four minutes the data will start counting again, if not the computer will
automatically turn off.
Reset
To set all values back to zero; press the reset button for 3 seconds.
Please consult your physician to find your optimal heart rate and Watt setting
Press the recovery-button directly after a training session.
Hold the hand on pulse connections or leave the chest transmitter attached.
Time will count down from 60 to 0 seconds.
Your personal fitness note appears (F1 – F6) on the display.
Level 1 = Excellent Fitness
Level 6 = Poor Fitness
