system of the advance map on the
Eprom micro – processor which
could be removed and replaced�
In absence of the Eprom fitted
on the coil, this one works with
fixed advance�
ATTENTION:
This electronic coil is feeded by coils
magnets, but, as the map of the
fitted Eprom has been studied for
engines which work with a number
of revolutions over 12.000 turns/
min�, its use is reserved to racing
engines at the highest levels� A
different use could cause serious
damages to the engine�

Before starting fitting the new
Malossi TC UNIT, it is recommended
to clean carefully at least the part of
the vehicle on which operations are
carried out� Given the huge number
of machines covered by Malossi
and the simplicity of the operations
which have to be carried out in order
to install one of our TC UNIT, we just
give here some general advice�
Disassemble the TC UNIT, disconnect
the electronic connections and start
fitting repeating the disassembling
operations in the inverse order,
accurately checking the complete
compatibility of Malossi ECU
(see pg. 13)�

ATTENTION:
Only for vehicles without
IMMOBILIZER key
• Remove your scooter's front cover
by removing the three fixing
screws� The original electronic
coil is under it�
• Disconnect the connectors
from the original power box and
remove it from its seat�
• Fix the Malossi TC UNIT power
box in exactly the same position
of the original one, maintaining
the writings on the new power
