Connect the electric installation
directly to the Malossi Tc Unit�
Make the following electrical
connections (Fig. 2)
• the black wire coming from the
Malossi T�C� UNIT and the black
wire coming from the coil must be
grounded by means of an eyelet,
and placed under the Malossi
H�T� coil mounting screw; then
connect them to the plug of the
Malossi H�T� coil;
• The orange cable must be
connected to the + plug placed
on the magnet H�T�;
• unscrew the plug lead from the
original electronic coil and refit in
your new Malossi H�T� high-voltage
coil making sure it is screwed
down tightly�

• Remove the original electronic
coil, which is under the saddle or
under the helmet holder�
• After having slipped off the
switches of the original digitronic
coil, remove this one and replace
it with Malossi digitronic coil
suitable for your vehicle�
• As Malossi Digitronic coils
have been studied to use the
original wiring of the scooters,
if the original connectors do not
present any sign of oxidation and
the pins are connected to the
cables, it is sufficient to fit the
original connectors in your new
Malossi electronic coil�

ATTENTION:
Do not cut or modify any wires: the
cable of the malossi engine control
unit needs to be compatible with
the original�
• The Malossi Digital Electronic
Coil is aesthetically very
similar to the original unit
facilitating installation�
• Remove the electronic coil
taking care to extract the original
connectors without damaging
them and thoroughly clean them�
• Assembly Malossi electronic
coil respecting the original
positionning and cables�

WITH IMMOBILIZER key
The Malossi Engine Control Unit
Art� 5512341 is made for vehicles
that original have an IMMOBILIZER
key, but do not have the Immobilzer
internally� Only the LED on the dash
will remain active�
