6. Install Tile (If Applicable)
Verify that the tile is no more than 1-1/4" (3.2 cm) thick and the
deck is no more than 2-1/8" (5.4 cm) thick. If not, do not install
the tile due to improper valve installation.
Install the tile up to the plaster guards on the valves and the
spout supply tube.
