Before proceeding with these operations, see "Daily
activation".
When loading the product into the appliance and
unloading it, there is a residual risk of being burnt;
this risk can occur coming into unintentional contact
with: hob - cooking cavity - recipients or material
processed.
Whenever you access the areas called "Hob" and/or
"Cooking cavity", always remember that the danger
of being burnt persists.
Take appropriate measures for personal protection.
Wear protective equipment suitable for the operations
to be performed.
The products to be cooked must be placed in the
specific containers and positioned correctly on the
hob and/or in the cooking cavity.
The appliance must be used with tap water inside
the tank. Any other use is improper and therefore
dangerous.
Start the appliance only after having filled the tank
with water.
While operating, the water level inside the tank must
remain within the indicated limits. We recommend a
ratio of: 10l of water for 1kg of pasta.
Make sure that the water drain valve is shut.

Turn the water filling knob to the open position (fig. 2 Detail A)
and fill the tank to the level indicator.
Then position the knob at zero to stop the flow of water (fig. 2
Detail B)

Turn the knob to 1-2-3 depending on your requirements (fig.
3).
lighting of the "G" indicator signals the operating phase.
Green indicator light: The indicator is subordinated to use
of the switch-on knob. lighting of the indicator signals the
operating phase.
Use fine kitchen salt (with pieces smaller than 3 mm).
Otherwise dissolve the salt in a recipient apart.
Salt must be added to the cooking cavity when the
water is hot.
