Scope of delivery:
1 Wiring harness, 3-wire,
1 Wiring harness, 1-wire,
25 Cable ties 140 mm long.
Fitting the wiring harness requires additional parts (single wire 000 979 025 E and butt
connector 000 979 941 from the cable repair box VAS1978, see ETKA.
Work to be carried out, general:
1. Disconnect the earth cable from the battery.
2. Fit the 1- and 3-wire wiring harnesses.
3. Encoding, function test.
1. Disconnect the earth cable from the battery:
To avoid short-circuits during fitting and for safety reasons, the earth cable must, without exception,
be disconnected from the battery before starting work (risk of fire)!!
Disconnection of the battery can lead to a loss of stored data!
