Connect the three ends of the wiring harness, blue, yellow and white , previously routed to the BCM
connectors as follows:
Insert the socket contact for the blue wire into chamber 10 of connector "C" and click into place.
Insert the socket contact for the yellow wire into chamber 9 of connector "C" and click into place.
Insert the socket contact for the white wire into chamber 65 of connector "A" and click into place.
Reinsert the connector strips into the housing casings, lock and then secure with cable ties.
Completely close the secondary interlocks for the four tail light connectors. Ensure that the
Route all of the installation kit's wiring harnesses along the vehicle's wiring harnesses,
secure them with the 140 mm cable ties supplied and/or insert them into the existing cable holders.
3. Encoding, function test
Reconnect the earth wire to the battery.
After fitting the electric retrofit kit, online encoding or a documentation update must be

Start the ODIS diagnostics tester
•
Start the "Diagnosis" function
•
Select "Special functions"
•
Select the "Adapt SW" sub-function
•
Confirm with "Perform test"
•
Select button 3 "Conversion and retrofit solutions"
•
Enter the SVM code
•
Follow the diagnostic tester's instructions
Note: The SVM code can only be used once per vehicle
Check all of the rear lighting functions.
Read out the error memory and delete the error codes, if necessary.
