Identifying Controls

POWER button

Press to turn the TV's main power on/off.
Remote control sensor
Within about 23 feet (7 meters) in
front of the TV set.
Switches TV to On or Standby
Sets the remote to communicate with

"First time setup" is displayed only when the TV is turned on for the first time after the AC cord is inserted
into a wall outlet. Available only when "Auto power on" (p. 16) is set to "Off".
