When You Need to Contact Your Local Authorized Canon Dealer

If a malfunction occurs and the machine cannot
operate normally, a screen prompting you to contact
your local authorized Canon dealer is displayed. If
a screen is displayed, contact the dealer. For more
information, see "Before Contacting Your Local
Authorized Canon Dealer, " on p.27.

When the Print or Scan Function Does Not Operate Normally

The selected function cannot be used. Press [Main
Menu] to return to the Main Menu.

When a Message Is Displayed on the Touch Panel Display

If the message "Call service representative. " is displayed
on the bottom of the touch panel display, you may be
able to continue using the machine, depending on
the function. For more information, see the table on
the next page.
