Accessory Splash Guard Front Kit
Please read instructions thoroughly before starting.
Installation time: 30 minutes.

3/16" (5mm) Drill Bit/Drill
T15 TORX Driver
Clean Cloth/Rag
Installation Procedure:
1. Clean and degrease body panel where splash guards are to be
located.
2. Using alcohol wipes or 50% alcohol and water, clean area to be
taped.
3. Parts and vehicle temperature must be between 61°F & 86°F
(16°C & 31°C).
4. Remove existing torx head screw location B, discard screw. See
Figure 1.
5. Mount splash guard and install supplied screw and washer in
location B while holding part up and into front panel and tighten.
See Figure 1.
6. While holding splash guard firmly against front panel using part
as a template, drill 3/16" (5mm) holes in locations A and C. See
Figure 1.
7. Remove supplied screw and washer location B then
splashguard. Pull liner out at location A and install supplied
M4.2 U-Nut over plastic panel brace drilled hole with turned up
edge facing inside of panel. See Figure 1&2.
8. Ensure tape liner is facing outward then mount splash guard and
reinstall supplied screw and washer in location B while holding
part up and into front panel. See Figure 1.
NOTE: WHEN TIGHTENING SCREW MAKE SURE
WASHER IS CENTERED
9. While holding splash guard up into panel install supplied M4.2
screw and washer in location A and tighten. See Figure 1, 2 & 3.
10. Install supplied M4.2 screw in location C use U-Nut as a nut on
top of drilled hole, with turned up edge facing inside of panel.
See Figure 3.
11. Push splash guard forward and pull tape liner off, while holding
splash guard firmly against front panel apply 20 - 30 pounds of
pressure along tape length to ensure contact. See Figure 1.
12. Repeat procedure for other side.
13. Guards can be cleaned with any comercially available cleaner.
