Accessory Splash Guard Rear Kit
Please read instructions thoroughly before starting.
Installation time: 30 minutes.

Tools Required:
3/16" (5mm) Drill Bit/Drill
T15 TORX Screwdriver
Clean Cloth/Rag
Installation Procedure:
1. Clean and degrease body panel where splash guards are
to be located.
2. Using alcohol wipes or 50% alcohol and water, clean area
to be taped.
3. Parts and vehicle temperature must be between 61°F &
86°F (16°C & 31°C).
4. Remove existing torx head screws, locations A and B,
discard screws. See Figure 1.
Ensure tape liner is facing outward then mount splash
guard and install supplied screws and washers in locations
A and B, while holding part up and into rear panel and
tighten.
NOTE: WHEN TIGHTENING SCREW MAKE SURE
WASHER IS CENTERED
5. While holding splash guard firmly against rear panel using
part as a template, drill 3/16" (5mm) hole in location C.
6. Pull splash guard out slightly at location C and install supplied
M4.2 U-Nut over panel edge drilled hole, with turned up edge
on inside of panel. See Figure 1 & 2.
7. While holding splash guard up and into panel install
supplied screw and washer in location C and tighten. See
Figure 1 & 2.
NOTE: WHEN TIGHTENING SCREW MAKE SURE
WASHER IS CENTERED
8. Push splash guard forward and pull tape liner off , while
holding splash guard firmly against rear panel apply
20 - 30 pounds of pressure along tape length to ensure
contact. See Figure 1.
9. Repeat procedure for other side.
10. Guards can be cleaned with any commercially available
cleaner.
