DANGER:

WARNING:
Use of controls or adjustments or performance of
procedures other than those specified herein can result
in hazardous radiation exposure.
TO ADJUST THE LASER GUIDE
See Figure 46.
 Set miter and bevel angles to 0º and lock in place.
 Use the work clamp or a C-clamp to secure a piece of
scrap wood.
 Place the battery packs in the saw and make a slight cut
to score the wood.
 Release the switch trigger and allow the saw blade to
stop rotating before raising the blade.
 Using a padlock, lock the switch trigger to make the saw
inoperable.
 Press the laser guide button to temporarily turn on the
laser.
 To adjust the position of the laser, rotate the laser adjust-
ment screw. Turn the screw clockwise to move the laser
to the right and counterclockwise to move the laser to
the left.
NOTE: When properly aligned, the laser should be on
the left edge of the kerf. If laser does not align correctly,
return to your nearest AUTHORIZED SERVICE CENTER
for repair.
