Align the Printer

When the Everest printer is installed or replaced, you may need to align it to the
lift arm.

Tools Needed: Torx T25 driver

Access the Jog Lift Diagnostic Test

1. Power on the Rimage 5000N.
2. Allow the system to fully initialize.

Note: Initialization takes approximately 5 minutes.
3. Be sure that the autoloader is in diagnostic test mode. Follow the instruction
in the Access Diagnostic Test Mode
4. Press the operator button four times and hold on the last press until the
operator panel displays [STARTING TEST RELEASE BUTTON].
5. Release the operator button. The operator panel displays [PLACE
DISC ON PAD TO CHECK PRINTER ALIGNMENT. PRESS BUTTON TO
CONTINUE TEST].

Test the Printer Alignment

Place one disc on the printer tray in the recessed area.

2. Press the operator button.
The operator panel displays [PRESS/RELEASE TO JOG HOLD TO EXIT].
3. Press and release the operator button to lower the lift arm until it picks the
disc.
4. Press the operator button again to release the disc onto the printer tray.
