TIPS FOR CHOOSING COFFEE
As a general rule, any type of coff ee available on the market
can be used. However, coff ee is a natural product and its fl a-
vour changes according to its origin and blend; it is therefore
a good idea to try diff erent types of coff ee in order to fi nd the
most suited to your personal taste.
For optimal results, we recommend using espresso machine
blends. As a rule, coff ee should always come out of the pres-
surized fi lter holder, without dripping.
The coff ee brewing speed can be modifi ed by slightly chang-
ing the amount of coff ee in the fi lter and/or using a diff erent
coff ee grind.
