STARTERS
Cream of courgette
soup
Ingredients
300 gr. courgette, 150 gr. eek and liquid
stock, 20 gr. vegetable oil (seeds, rape-
seed, sesame) or olive oil.
Preparation
Peel, wash and cut the courgette. Use the whi-
te part of the leek, clean and cut up. Add liquid
to mash and prepare the cream.
Mild, light cream. We can add water or milk
to make the cream.
Water dose: 150 ml.
Cream of leek soup
Ingredients
100 gr. potato, 50 gr. carrot, 200 gr. peeks
and liquid, 20 gr. vegetable oil (seeds, rape-
seed, sesame) or olive oil.
Preparation
Peel, wash and cut vegetables. Use the white
part of the leek, clean and cut up. Add liquid to
mash and prepare the cream.
Water dose: 150 ml.
Cream of carrot
soup
Ingredients
300 gr. carrots, 50 gr. potato y 100 ml. liquid
(water, baby formula, cow milk or vegetable
milk), 20 gr. vegetable oil (seeds, rapeseed,
sesame) or olive oil.
Preparation
Peel, wash and cut vegetables. Cook for 15
minutes. Add liquid to mash and prepare the
cream.
Water dose: 150 ml.
Cream of broccoli and
cauliflower soup
Ingredients
300 gr. broccoli, 100 gr. cauliflower y 100
ml. liquid (water, baby formula, cow milk or
vegetable milk), 20 gr. vegetable oil (seeds,
rapeseed, sesame) or olive oil.
Preparation
Cut broccoli and cauliflower in clusters. Wash
carefully and put to steam. The stems should
be soft. Add liquid to mash and prepare the
cream.
Water dose: 200 ml.
