Puree
Ingredients
150 gr. Peeled pear and 150 gr. apple. 75
ml. Liquid for mashing.
Preparation
Cut and steam. Mash with a little water.
For the first baby mashes to be appealing,
we recommend they be served warm. Do
not use more than 2 fruits. Try for a couple
of days to see your baby's response. Adding
a bit of breast milk or baby formula will make
it sweeter.
Water dose: 150 ml.

Cooked summer fruits
Ingredients
300 gr. apricot or banana. 100 ml. iquid for
mashing.
Preparation
Cut and steam. Mash with rice or oat milk or
powdered milk.
These are very sweet fruits. Ideal for the baby
to begin trying different tastes.
Water dose: 150 ml
Fresh fruit mashed
Ingredients
100 gr. kiwi, 100 gr. peeled apple and 150
gr. pear, 50 ml. orange or tangerine juice.
Preparation
Mash with a little tangerine or orange juice.
Golden delicious apples are one of the swee-
test.
Steamed fruit
Ingredients
50 gr. grape, 150 gr. peeled apple, 100 gr.
peach, 150 gr. pear and 50 ml. banana.

Cut and steam.
