OPERATING
1. Turn of vehicles engine.
2. Connect the black clip to the negative and the red clip to the positive terminal of the battery.
3. Locate the fuel injector which you want to test then remove the electrical cable from injector
which you want to test and connect the two pulse output terminals of the tester to the electrical
connector of the injector.
4. Press Mode key to select the desired pulse mode, the display shows the current pulse mode.
Explanations for the 4 modes:
Mode 1: In this mode, after you press the Pulse key,
the tester outputs 1 pulse, whose pulse width is about 250ms.
Mode 2: In this mode, after you press the Pulse key,
the tester outputs 50 pulses, every pulse's pulse width is about 7ms.
Mode 3: In this mode, after you press the Pulse key,
the tester outputs 100 pulses, every pulse's pulse width is about 3.5ms.
Mode 4: In this mode, after you press the Pulse key,
the tester outputs pulses continously at the rate of 50 pulses per about 1450ms,
every pulse's puls width is about 7ms.
Note: At any time you press the Pulse key again to stop outputting pulse.
5. After you have selected the desired pulse mode, press the Pulse key. The tester outputs pulse(s)
to the injector under test, the pulse signal indicator will light as indication.
6. If necessary, you can repeat the test by pressing the Pulse key. If you want to change the mode,
you must disconnect the tester's power and then reconnect again before you can press the Mode
key to change pulse mode.
ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION
Recycle unwanted materials instead of disposing of them as waste. All tools, accessories
and packaging should be sorted, taken to a recycling centre and disposed of in a manner
which is compatible with the environment.
DISPOSAL
Dispose of this product at the end of its working life in compliance with the EU Directive
on Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment. Contact your local solid waste authority
for recycling information or give the product for disposal to BGS technic KG or to an
electrical appliances retailer.
