1. Pull ashtray out from its holder, then remove the (1) Phillips screw from inside
the ashtray holder. (Figure A)
2. Open the door to the glove box and remove the (2) Phillips screws you can
now see on the edge of the plastic trim panel that surrounds the factory radio.

3. Remove the (2) Phillips screws holding the factory radio, remove the radio unit
itself and disconnect wiring from the rear of the unit.
4. Locate the Metra Bracket Set #(L)
S-10 and also the right bracket
from Bracket Set #5. Using wire
cutters cut and remove all mounting
tabs on the right bracket EXCEPT
the tabs marked on the back with a
letter "B". (Figure B)
Note: DO NOT CUT anything on the
Bracket #(L) S-10.

1. Carefully unsnap the trim panel from around the factory radio, remove
and set aside. (Figure A)
2. Remove the (2) Phillips screws holding the factory radio, remove the radio unit
itself and disconnect wiring from the rear of the unit.
3. Locate the Metra Bracket Set #1. Then, using wire cutters, cut and remove all
mounting tabs on the Bracket Set EXCEPT the tabs marked on the back with a
letter "C". (Figure B)
