23.2 REPLACING THE BATTERY
To replace the battery, proceed as follows:
1. Disconnect the leads from the measurement source and from
the instrument;
2. Loosen the screw at the bottom of the back of the instrument;
3. Remove the cover from the battery compartment;
4. Replace the battery and attach the cover using the screw.
Reminder: for your safety, never use the instrument if the battery
compartment cover is missing, damaged, or incorrectly installed.
23.3 STORAGE
If the instrument will be out of use for a long period, it is best to
store the instrument and the battery separately.
23.4 METROLOGICAL CHECK
As for any measuring instrument, an annual functional check is
recommended.
24 WARRANTY
This instrument is warranted against defects of materials and
workmanship, in conformity with the general conditions of sale.
During the warranty period (1 year), the instrument must be
repaired only by the manufacturer, who reserves the right to
repair the instrument or to replace it in whole or in part.
