Electrical installation
Electrical connection must be carried out by
an authorized electrician in accordance with
the relevant regulations.
Electrical installation can be carried out
from the top/bottom for vertical mounting and
from the left/right for horizontal mounting.
Wiring can be run internally through the
unit to the terminal block. Secure the wiring
with cable ties inside the unit to prevent it
being sucked into the fans.
The motors are wired as standard for a
three-phase 230 V supply, but they can be
reconfigured for a three-phase 400 V supply
(see page 10). A frequency inverter or similar
equipment should be used for speed control.
Possible to use 10A fuse. Connected to a
safety cut-out is not recomended. See the
wiring diagram on pages 10-13.
When a frequency inverter other than
ADCF15 is used, the max. frequency should
be 43 Hz and the min. frequency 16 Hz.
Use only cable with braided, tinned copper
mesh shield (type "CY") with 85% coverage.
See CE-EMC installation guidelines for the
frequency inverter. Max. cable length 50 m.
Suitable cable area is 1.5 mm².
Note! Before securing the front panel, check
that the fans rotate in the direction indicated
by the arrows on the fans, (see Fig. 7). If
not, swap two phases in the motor supply to
change the direction of rotation.
When connecting AD Corinte to ADEA
please note that the parameter FANC should
be put on 1, see instruction for ADEA for
more information.
Change connection side of water coil
If you wish to connect the water coil in the
opposite orientation to that delivered, remove
the front panel (see Fig 4). To take out the
water coil, see Fig 3.
1. Unscrew the outer screws from the coil with
for example a hexagonal key ¼". See Fig. 3.
2. Loosen the inner screws on the coil, but do
not remove them on the air curtain.
3. Lift out the water coil and turn it.
4. Mount the coil in reverse order.

hoses or pipes so that they obstruct the air

connection can be carried out from the left
or right. The lid on the top side of the unit
is sliding to be adjustable to the water pipe
dimension. (see Fig 6a).
Adjustment of air flow
The direction and speed of the air flow
should be adjusted considering the load on
the opening. Compressive forces affect the
air stream and make it bend inwards into the
premises (when the premises are heated and
the outdoor air is cold). The air stream should
therefore be directed outwards to withstand
the load. (Generally speaking, the higher the
load, the bigger the angle needed.)

grille outwards to obstruct the incoming cold
