Problem
Smell of gas

Regulator & hose
connection loose
Valve & pipe connection
loose

Missing piece of ceramic

Dirty gas inlets
Defective Spark - Plug
Defective igniter cable
Run out of gas
Thermal element has not
been warm enough
Wing or draught has
extinguished the flame
Faulty thermocouple
Faulty magnetic valve
Wrong power setting at
first process
Did not connect the gas
regulator to gas cylinder
Gas cylinder control is
closed
What To Do
Use soap form for leakage control,
check all connection system
replace defected parts
Inspect perimeter of each plaque
and locate place where some
fireclay has been displaced.
Repair with PYRUMA and leave to
set for Approx. 48 hours.
Please clear injectors with Air
Check cable of igniter, & replace
defected igniter if necessary
Check spark – plug and
connections, & replace defected
igniter if necessary
Change the gas bottle
Try restarting
Put the appliance out of reach of
wind and draught, let it cool down
for a couple of minutes and try to
restart it
Replace the faulty thermocouple
Replace the magnetic valve
Turn the control knob at " START"
Position and press for 10 seconds,
whilst press the Piezo igniter key
to lit
Connect heater to the gas cylinder
and ensure there is not smell, then
follow the Instruction to turn on the
heater
