MANUAL MODE (PROGRAM 1)
1.
Press the START button to begin training or press the ENTER button to switch to
settings mode.

In settings mode, press the ENTER button to set the values for TIME, DISTANCE,
CALORIE, and AGE. The selected parameter flashes on the display.

To change a value in settings mode, press the
(decrease). Press the ENTER button to confirm and proceed to the next parameter.
After you've made all the settings, press the ENTER button to leave settings mode.

Press the START button to start training.

To change the resistance level while training, press the
button (decrease).
7.
If you have set values for TIME, DISTANCE, or CALORIE, the corresponding value
will count down during training. When any one of the values reaches 0, a beep will
sound and training will automatically end.
8.
To stop training earlier, press the START button.
