Troubles and solutions

If any of the following abnormal conditions occur, stop the air conditioner, turn off the power supply immediately, and contact
our dealer.
Trouble
If any of the following conditions occur, check the unit and resolve corresponding problems referring to given remediation. If
the trouble can't be settled contact our delaer.

Units does not start
Air flowing normally
with low cooling
(heating) effect.
Air flowing normally
without cooling (hea-
ting) effect.
Note: Do not replace electric wire or repair the air conditioner by yourself to avoid possible danger.

Indicator lamps flash rapidly (2 times per second), after your disconnecting and connecting the unit
again, the situation is the same.
Fuse or circuit breaker work frequently.
Foreign matter or water has fallen into the unit.
Remote controller is disabled of the switch is out of hand.
Any other unusual conditioner is observed.
Cause
Power failure.
Power switch is open.
Fuse of power switch may have blown.
Batteries in remote controller are exhausted.
The time is not start-up time you have set.
Temperature is not set correctly.
Air filter is blocked with dust or dirtiness.
Inlet/outlet of indoor/outdoor units are blocked.
Close door and window.
Inlet/outlet of indoor/outdoor units are blocked.
Be in 3 minutes protection of compressor.
Temperature is not set correctly.
Solutions
Wait for the comeback of power.
Switch on the power.
Replace the use.
Replace the batteries.
Wait or cancel the time set.
Set the temperature properly. Please refer to
"operation instructions".
Clean the air filter.
Clear all blockages.
Close door and window.
Clear the blockage, then restart your opera-
tion.
Wait.
Set the temperature properly.
