Follow operating instructions carefully.
• Do not use meter if it is wet or damaged. Electric shock or damage to meter

• Do not perform any service or maintenance other than that described in

• Do not attempt to measure uninsulated conductors having a voltage greater
than 600V AC/DC. Electric shock or damage to the meter may result.
• Do not connect a source of voltage with the Range Selector Switch in the Ω
(ohms) position. Personal injury or damage to meter may result.
• Turn meter OFF and remove it from the item being tested before replacing
battery. Do not use meter until the back is in place and fastened securely.
