Programmed playback allows you to program playback of up to 30
tracks in the order you want to listen to them. You can also add
automatic pauses into the program.

With playback stopped, press the PROGRAM
button.
The PROGRAM indicator lights.
< If the unit is playing back when you press the PROGRAM
button, the currently-playing track during playback is
selected as the first track of the program.

Select the track numbers.
Use the number buttons to program the desired tracks.

Total playback time
< You can make a program of up to 30 tracks.
< Press the PAUSE button to program a pause (and only one
pause at each point) at the appropriate point.
< You cannot program pauses during playback.
< Whenever you add a track to the program, the display
shows the selected track number, the program number and
the total playback time, but if track numbers over 21 are
included in the program, the total playback time is not
displayed.
< If a pause is programmed, the display shows the total
playback time of the programmed tracks following the
pause.
< You can clear the last track you programmed, in case of a
mistake, by pressing the CLEAR button of the remote control
unit.

Press the PLAY button (y), and
programmed playback starts.
After playing back all the programmed tracks, playback
stops.
< Press the PLAY button once more to start the programmed
playback again (the program remains in memory).
< When playback reaches a programmed pause, playback
pauses at that point. Restart with the PLAY or PAUSE button.
