Horizontal cut
Hold the cutter bar at an angle of 0° to
10° as you swing the hedge trimmer
horizontally.
HL 45
Cutting without standing directly next to
the hedge, e.g. flowerbed, ditch or
similar obstacle between the operator
and hedge.
Swing the cutter bar in an arc towards
the outside of the hedge so that the
cuttings are swept to the ground.

Place the clamp (1) in the loop

handle (2) and position them both
against the drive tube (3).
Place the clamp (4) against the

drive tube.
Line up the holes.

Insert the screws (5) with
N
washers (6).
Fit the square nuts (7) and screw
N
home the screws.
Line up the loop handle.
N
Tighten down the screws firmly.
