22.3.2 - Procedures - Reopening baskets
After a loading (or unloading), the operator (or customer) can re-open the baskets (if the key is configured to allow it). The
order is not changed, because its status is already changed. Simply, the basket associated are opened again.
22.3.3 - Procedures - Adding basket
If an order is associated with a number of baskets non sufficient for the actual shopping, the operator can associate new
baskets.
From the service menu, page "ORDERS", the operator can select "Add basket" (if authorized).
The correct procedure is:
The operator shows the loading code
The operator loads the shopping in the baskets associated as far as possible and closes them
The operator accesses the service menu using a service code
The operator adds the baskets needed (one or more)
The basket added is opened
The operator loads the remaining goods
The operator closes the baskets
Note: for the baskets to add, the operator can choose only between the baskets that have been marked as "backup" in
the configuration stage, and only between the baskets which are empty.
Note: possible future orders (not yet "loaded") that use the same baskets are not checked; then the operator may use
baskets that are already booked therefore the future order at the time of loading will notify a problem that the operator
must resolve. To avoid this situation, it is possible to reserve some the baskets with the only purpose of "backup", without
never use them while ordinary planning orders.
Note: if a basket is marked as "disabled", or is in error, cannot be added.
22.3.4 Procedures - Removing basket
In addition to adding a basket to a shopping it is also possible to remove it. This feature may be used in cases in which a
basket has been wrongly attributed, a basket has a problem (not clean, difficult closing, etc.).
From the service menu, page "ORDERS", the operator can select "Remove basket" (if authorized).
The correct procedure is:
The operator shows the loading code
The operator loads the shopping in the basket associated and closes them
The operator accesses the service menu using a service code
The operator removes the basket that no more necessary (one or more)
The operator removes the goods eventually loaded
