If you tap the
in the testing device as a new drive named 'ESCHENBACH', and the contents of the
SD card will then be displayed in the Windows Explorer. If the Explorer window does
not open automatically, use your computer file manager to select the "ESCHENBACH"
drive. Then proceed with the required file operation.
Tap the icon to enable communication between the testing device and the 'mo-
bilux Digital Inspection' software previously installed. The program does not start
automatically. Open the program on the computer to start communication with the
testing device.
Tap the icon in order to work with the testing device while the internal battery is
being charged using the USB cable.
To change the USB mode, tap the display briefly to display the icons if necessary.
Then tap bottom left on the icon for the current USB mode in order to re-display
the selection of 3 icons as described above. Then tap the icon for the required USB
mode.
You can transfer the live image from the testing device onto your computer screen.
To do this, you must first install the supplied software 'mobilux Digital Inspection'
onto the computer. The following operating systems are required for running mobilux
Digital: Windows Vista / 7 / 8 / 10. mobilux Digital may also run on other Windows
platforms, but this cannot be guaranteed. We can accept no liability for the data integ-
rity of computers running operating systems other than those mentioned here.
Software installation
To install the 'mobilux DIGITAL Inspection' software, proceed as follows:
1. Ensure that the supplied SD card is inserted in the card slot of your testing device.
Switch the testing device on.
2. Connect the testing device to a USB port on a suitable computer using the USB
cable supplied.
3. Tap the SD card icon:
