Cleaning the vacuum cleaner:
When necessary, clean the vacuum with a damp cloth. do not use solvents or other
aggressive or abrasive detergents. otherwise, the surface could be damaged.
Cleaning the multi-surface brush (5):
With the motor oN, rub the brush with your hand to remove the dust and fluff, which will be
drawn.
Cleaning the turbo brush (6)
detach the turbo brush (6) from the suction inlet (4) by pressing the brush release
button (4a).
To make cleaning easier, it is possible to remove the transparent front (6a) by pressing
the two front release buttons (6B) [Fig F1].
If the turbo brush (6) is dirty with hair or fluff, remove the debris with a pair of scissors,
being careful not to cut yourself. [Fig. F2].
always put the transparent front back in before using the vacuum again.
DO NOT use the brush when the front part (6A) is not assembled.
Cleaning the dust-collection system (11):
ATTENTION! Empty the dust collection compartment (11) and clean the filtering
system after every use. Do not fill the compartment above the MAX level (9).
When the suction power of the vacuum drops or the indicator on the dust collection system (11)
says that the container is full, take the dust container out of the vacuum cleaner.
If the suction power of the vacuum cleaner does not improve after cleaning the dust collection system,
the filters are probably very dirty. In this case, replace them. clean the dust collection system following
the instructions below and paying attention to the figures in the illustrative guide.
Cleaning the dust container (11A)
press key (10) on the handle and take the container (11a) out of the appliance [Fig.
d1].
open the lid of the container (11B) using the release button (11c) and empty out the
container (11a) [Fig. d2, d3].
When necessary, rinse the container (11a) and dry it completely.
The cyclone filter (11e) and the protective grille (11d) can also be rinsed if they are
very dirty. To do so, proceed as follows:
• carefully release the fastening flaps (11G) on the cyclone filter cover (11F) and take
the cyclone filter out (11e) [Fig. d4, d5].
• release the protective filter for the grille (11d), as illustrated in the figure [d6], and
take it out.
• clean the parts with running water and then leave them to dry completely.
• let the filter dry for at least 24 hours after washing it.
assemble the appliance, proceeding in reverse order. refer to the figures [d7, d8].
Before turning the appliance on, put the container (11a) back inside.
Note: the outlet filter (8) must be changed once a year (based on use).
Replacing the outlet air filter (8)
press the interlock on the air outlet grille (7) and take it out [Fig. d9].
Take the outlet air filter out (8) and replace it with a new filtering insert [Fig. d10].
refit the air outlet grille (7) and snap the interlock in place.
