Maintenance

Please refer to the Safety information manual.
The equipment should be serviced in order to maintain
performances and reliability.
The product warranty may be invalidated due to wrong or
incomplete maintenance.
The user is not authorized to open the unit or remove any
of its parts.
Any maintenance activity requiring opening of the unit
must be carried out by qualifi ed service personnel.
Carry out the following operations at least once a year:

check the expansion vessel
-
check parts for wear
-
check setpoints and operating points

Filter cleaning

-
This operation should be performed by authorized service
personnel.
-
Filter should be cleaned frequently and in case of fault
connected to low water fl ow.
-
Set code 0 to OFF.
-
Switch off the main switch.
-
Close the valves at the bottom of the hydronic module.
-
Close the valve between the water tank and the fi lter (only
80AW2).
-
Remove the base pan from the hydronic module by
removing the screws (only 80AW1/80AWT).
-
Open the fi lter at the bottom of the hydronic module
-
Remove the cylinder grid and clean it.
-
Place the grid in the fi lter.

Adding water to the circuit

This operation can be performed by the user.
For safety reason, do not open the indoor or outdoor unit.
The corrected operating pressure is 1.5 bar; if the pressure is
lower than 1 bar, it is necessary to add water in the circuit.
See Fig. 20
-
open the 2 valves of the disconnector
-
close the 2 valves of the disconnector when the water
pressure reaches 1.5 bar (check the manometer).
-
check safety devices
-
check electrical connections for tightness
-
check the earth connections
-
check for water and refrigerant leaks
-
check operation and parameters with the commissioning
data
-
clean the water fi lters
-
check pumps rotation
-
check system pressure
-
clean the outdoor unit heat exchanger
-
clean the condensate trays
-
Close the fi lter tight, in order to avoid water leakage.
-
Install the base pan on the hydronic module with the
previously removed screws (only 80AW1/80AWT).
-
Open the valves at the bottom of the hydronic module.
-
Open the valve between the water tank and the fi lter (only
80AW2).
-
Add some water if needed.
-
Switch on the main switch.
-
Set code 0 to ON.
