3. Empty or replace the dust bag daily. Do not allow
bag to fill beyond half full.

ADJUSTING THE CONTROL GRIP HEIGHT

The machine has three control grip height settings.
1. Locate the two spring loaded levers below the
console (Figure 7).
2. Squeeze the levers together and lift or lower
control grips to a comfortable operating height
(Figure 7).

MACHINE OPERATION

FOR SAFETY: Do not operate machine unless
operator manual is read and understood.
WARNING: Fire Or Explosion Hazard. Never
Use Flammable Liquids Or Operate Machine in Or
Near Flammable Liquids, Vapors Or Combustible
Dusts.

PRE- OPERATION CHECKS

1. Sweep floor and remove debris.
2. Check condition of pad.
3. Check battery charge level (for accurate reading
pad must be spinning). Batteries will need
recharging if battery meter reads in the yellow or
red zone.
4. Check that the dust control bag is installed.
5. Make sure the floor is completely dry.

BURNISHING WITH THE PUSH MODEL

1. Turn key on, if equipped, then turn the main power
to the ON position (Figure 8).

2. Pull the trigger switches to start the pad spinning.
The pad will automatically draw to floor
(Figure 9).
3. Slowly push the machine forward to begin
burnishing.
FOR SAFETY: When using machine, go slow on
inclines and slippery surfaces.
4. Press the pad pressure switch to increase (+)
or decrease (- ) the pad pressure. Adjust the pad
pressure so that the pad pressure meter reads
within the green zone (Figure 10).
ATTENTION: Do not operate the machine with the
pad pressure meter adjusted in the red zone, floor
damage and brush motor overload will result.
