3.10 Shimming
If the vertical results are out of tolerance, you need to correct
the value by adding or removing shims. The system calculates
the correction values at the feet. The arrows show if shims
should be added or removed.
Shims values are fixed, not live.
Click "Shim Done" once corrected.
Note:
The pair of feet in the front and the rear has to be shimmed.
"Shim both sides"
Note:
If the "Shim Done" Button appears green, no shimming is
required.

3.11 Horizontal correction

1.
Make sure the unit is positioned at 3 o'clock.
Based on the Offset and Angular misalignment values,
the system calculates live correction values at the feet of
the Movable machine.
2.
Move the machine horizontally according to the arrows,
the graphics as well as offset and angular misalignment
values are continuously updated.
Note:
If the unit is out of the 3 o'clock position by more than ±5°,
the screen is dimmed and the correction values for the feet
are blanked. Turn the shafts to the 3 o'clock position for live
values.
You can tap the "i" in the top right of the screen to see the
current rotation angle and turn to -90°.
3.
When satisfied with the alignment, tighten the bolts
and watch the values to make sure they remain within
tolerance.
4.
When the machine is within tolerance the "Move Done"
button appears green.
