pegs and washers from the backside of the side shelf. Then, attach the four (4)
metal pegs and four (4) washers to the front of the side shelf. Then, attach the
left side shelf with four (4) gray M6X12 bolts to the griddle body.
S T E P 0 5
back of the right side shelf and attach them to the front. Attach shelf to the
right side of the griddle body with four (4) gray M6X12 bolts. Then, place the
garbage bag holder into the corresponding holes in the griddle body.

Assemble the left side shelf by first unscrewing the four (4) metal
Unscrew the four metal pegs and four (4) washers from the

Remove the small thumbscrew, rotate paper towel holder to the
outward position. Replace and tighten small thumbscrew to lock the paper
towel holder in place.
S T E P 0 7
With the help of another person , place the griddle top and hood
on to the griddle body by aligning the four pins to the holes on top of the
unit. Make sure the pins are fully seated in the holes on the top. Then place
the grease cup at the rear of the unit.
