If you follow the recommended action but the problem persists, or error
messages other than the ones below appear, please call your local
customer service. Do not attempt to repair yourself and never try to
disassemble the meter under any circumstances.

Result Readings

MESSAGE
Appears when your blood glucose test result is below the
lower measurement limit, which is less than 20 mg/dL
(1.1 mmol/L).
Appears when your blood glucose test result is higher
than the upper limit of measurement, which is 600 mg/dL
(33.3 mmol/L).
