6.13. Preparation for maintenance (carried out by the staff of the operating organization)
includes: cleaning and washing the cabinet; ensuring free access of maintenance personnel to
the cabinet; preparation of necessary documentation.
The responsibility for preparing the equipment for the regulated maintenance is borne by the
manager of the enterprise where the equipment is installed.
7.1. Warranty obligations are carried out for the free removal of plant defects, the objectivity
of which is recognized by the manufacturer or a specialized organization. Warranty obligations
can be carried out by a specialized organization that has an appropriate contract with the
manufacturer.
7.2. The warranty period for the product installed by the Supplier is 12 months from the date
of commissioning by the Buyer, but not more than 18 months from the date of sale by the
manufacturer.
7.3. Warranty is not provided if:
- all the transportation, storage, installation and operation rules specified in the technical
appliance certificate were not fully met;
- pre-commissioning activities, adjustment of devices of automation of the refrigerating
machine are executed by inadequate organization;
- there is no contract for technical maintenance of products by a specialized organization;
- repair work was carried out by staff not authorized to do so;
- the safety of factory seals on equipment or seals established by the Supplier has been
breached;
- consumables purchased not from the Supplier are used.
7.4. Warranty for the product does not include maintenance during the warranty period, which
is made for a fee.
7.5. Pre-commissioning activities should be carried out by any of the specialized organizations
that have the appropriate attestation.
7.6. The buyer is obliged to conclude a maintenance contract with a specialized organization
within 30 days from the moment of transferring the product to him.
7.7. The warranty is valid if you have the following documents:
- act of commissioning (Annex 1);
- act of technical condition;
- a maintenance agreement with a specialized organization.
Acts are signed by the Buyer, a specialized organization and certified with appropriate seals.
The absence or failure to provide to the manufacturer or to the specialized organization
authorized to carry out the warranty repair of the product of the above mentioned documents
entitles the latter to refuse to fulfill the guarantee obligations.
7.8. The warranty does not apply to glass components and components and lighting fixtures.
7.9. In the event that specialists of the manufacturer or a specialized organization that has the
right to carry out warranty repairs determine the facts that indicate the fault of the Buyer in the
failure of the product, the latter undertakes to pay all expenses that the above mentioned
organizations incurred in the direction of specialists. At the same time, the duty to prove the
absence of guilt lies with the buyer.
7.10. The warranty period is not extended in the event of repair or replacement of parts and
assemblies.
7.11. The total average service life is not less than 12 years.
