1. General Information

Please make sure that the user of this tool, has thoroughly read and understood the
present operating manual before the initial startup.
This operating instruction contains important information that are required to allow the
safe and trouble-free operation of this FÖRCH-tool.
For correct use of this tool it is necessary to comply with all safety instructions and
information in this operation manual.
Make sure to keep this operation manual close to your FÖRCH-tool.
This tool had been developed for specific applications. FÖRCH indicates expressly
that this tool is not to be amended and/or used in a way that does not comply with its
intended use.
For injuries or damages resulting from improper use or use other than for the intended
purposes resp. infringement of the safety instructions, FÖRCH does not take any liability
nor warranty.
In addition the accident prevention rules and the general safety regulations valid for
the field of application of this tool must be observed.

2. Liability and warranty

Any use beyond and/or in deviation of the intended of the device is forbidden and
considered to be inappropriate.
Claims of any kind against the manufacturer and/or his authorized representatives
resulting from improper use of the device are excluded.
The operator is liable for all damages resulting from improper use.
3. Spare parts
Use only original spare parts from the manufacturer.
Wrong or faulty spare parts can cause damage, malfunction or total failure of the tool.
When using unapproved spare parts, all guarantee, compensation and liability claims
against the manufacturer or its agents, distributors or representatives expire.
4. Disposal
For disposal, please clean and disassemble in compliance with the applicable labour and
environmental regulations.
Please make sure to recycle the different components.
Scrap metallic material residues.
5. General
The device has been built at the time of its development and production in accordance
with applicable recognized state-of-the-art technology and is considered to be safe to
operate. It is however possible that dangers may arise from the device if it is not used by
professionally trained personnel, improperly or not as intended. Any person that is given
the order to work with or at the device, must therefore have read and understood this
operation manual before starting work.
Changes of any kind, as well as additions or modifications to the device are prohibited.
