GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The machine is reserved for being used by a staff qualified to produce and
knead flour and dough, specially by people working in bakery and pastry
workshops and in pizzerias.
Our SPIRAL MIXER is a kneading machine, that is, it is used to knead any
kind of dough for bread, pastry and pizzas. The mixture is obtained by a
rotating spiral tool plunged into the dough which is contained in a rotating
basin.
The particular shape of the tool assures a reduction of the working times.

MACHINE CAPACITY
The machine can knead up to 20 / 30 / 40 / 50 kg. (depend on the machine
size) of dough in about 8-10 minutes, without letting the dough warm up, and
assures a perfect oxygenation of the dough itself.
The motor and the toothed gearing allow the machine to reach the highest
capacity, and to work even when the basin is full.
3.3
INCORRECT USE OF THE MACHINE
The machine has been designed only for the use described in the paragraphes
3.1 and 3.2.
Any other use can cause damages to the machine an/or can bring to dangerous
situations for which the manufacturer cannot be considered responsible.
In particular, it is not allowed to employ other kinds of materials (food or
not), which have not the above described requirements.
