16.6 REGISTERING AN ADDITIONAL HANDSET

You can register up to 4 phones on the base to extend your phone system without having to install
extension sockets for each new phone.
At the base:

If the registration is successful, a beep will sound
Note:
If the registration is not successful the first time or in case the base registration period runs out,
please repeat the process. If the base is not found after a few seconds, the handset returns to the standby
mode.
If there are already 4 registered phones in the database and you want to add one more, the registra-
tion will fail. You must unregister another headset before you can register a new one.
