NOTICE
Always slacken off the chain after
finishing work. The chain contracts as it
cools down. If it is not slackened off, it
can damage the drive shaft and
bearings.

Release the trigger switch

lockout (1) and trigger switch (2) so
that they return to their initial
position – in the initial position, the
trigger switch (2) is once again
blocked by the trigger switch

The coasting brake stops the saw chain.
Secure the chain saw so that it

cannot be accidentally switched on
again – press the hand guard
forward towards the tip of the bar
(position ƒ)
During breaks and after work, remove
the battery from the machine and fit the
chain scabbard.
Removing the battery
Press both trigger interlocks (3)
N
simultaneously – battery (4) is
unlocked
Remove battery (4) from the
N
housing
When the machine is not in use, shut it
off so that it does not endanger others.
Secure it against unauthorized use.
