6.5) Operation
When operating, stand in a stable, secure position and grip the machine firmly.
Be sure to work in good light conditions or with sufficient artificial lighting.
Before starting always check the precise positioning of the batteries rainproof cover and
the absence of cuts or abrasions.
The impact wrench is designed to be used in "portable" mode, i.e. held by the operator during use. If
necessary, the screwdriver can be "wheeled" by separately requesting the support trolley and the related
CEMBRE interface devices.
After performing the preliminary steps described above, proceed as follows:
Press the ON/OFF button (12) to turn the wrench on.
Lift and bring it to the work point.
Use in horizontal position (Ref. to Fig. 7)
Horizontally insert the socket onto the head of the screw, bolt or nut, so that it is fully contained in the
seat of the socket (Ref. to Fig. 7 e 8).
Hold the impact wrench firmly by the handles (1 and 5).
Press the button (2) to activate the ram, with consequent screwing/unscrewing of the fixing device;
releasing the button (2) at any time stops the motor immediately.
In order to start the motor, it is necessary to press the button (2) twice in quick succession.

Use in vertical position (Ref. to Fig. 8)
Vertically insert the socket onto the head of the screw, bolt or nut, so that it is fully contained in the
seat of the socket.
Hold the impact wrench firmly by the handles (14 and 17).
Press the button (18) to activate the ram which will result in screwing/unscrewing of the fixing device;
releasing the button (18) at any time stops the motor immediately.
To start the motor, the button (18) and the mechanical interlock (9) must be pressed simul-
taneously.
