Step B2 : Setting / resetting of end limits in semi-automatic mode with the
io-homecontrol control point

This procedure is only applicable to roller shutters without rigid links and with stops, and roller shutters
with rigid links and without stops.
From 3), in set mode:
The roller shutter moves more slowly during the first few seconds of movement.

Position the roller shutter at its half-way position.

On the io-homecontrol

simultaneously, for ≈ 5 s, until there is back and forth
movement by the roller shutter.
The drive is in set mode.

The drive remains in set mode for ≈ 10 min.
Operate the roller shutter and allow it to stop

automatically at the upper end limit (if stops) or lower end
limit (if rigid links).
Press my, for ≈ 2 s, until there is back and forth

movement by the roller shutter.
The setting for the first end limit is confirmed.

Move the roller shutter to the desired lower end limit (no

Press my, for ≈ 2 s, until there are two back and forth movements by the roller shutter.

The setting for the second end limit is confirmed.

The settings for the end limits are programmed.

The drive enters programming mode for ≈ 2 min. if no io-homecontrol

Step B3: Programming the Somfy io-homecontrol
If the drive is no longer in programming mode, repeat Step B1, before performing Step B3.
The drive is in programming mode:
Briefly press the PROG button on the Somfy io-homecontrol

The roller shutter moves back and forth: the control

point has been programmed in the drive.
Some control points have an ON/OFF button. To activate them, press the ON/OFF button at
the back of the control point.
