Use

A "blue" or "yellow" discoloration may appear. This natural colouring, caused by
the overheating, is not dangerous,
If food has burned, fill the pan with hot water and let it soak for an hour. Then
clean with detergent and a sponge.
As the pan is made of stainless steel, you can wash it in the dishwasher.
For inductions hobs: items with a diameter smaller than the size of the induction
hob may not trigger the induction heating technology. Never heat the saucepan
empty at maximum heat as you could damage the base. For the special induction
base of your cookware: wipe it dry after each wash. A "blue" or "yellow" colour may
appear. This is natural and not dangerous and can be removed using washing up
liquid or a special stainless steel cleaner, possibly with the addition of lemon or
vinegar. Use an abrasive sponge suitable for use on the stainless steel base.
