Additional specificities of the ingenio
The ingénio handle is guaranteed by Tefal for 10 years from the date of purchase
®
against any manufacturing or material defect.
Specific exclusions for the ingenio
use with a pot or pan of a brand other than Tefal,
burning by gas flame,
cleaning in the dishwasher,
immersion in water,
handling with a load greater than 10 kg.

These Tefal guarantee do not affect the legal rights enjoyed by any consumer
locally, which cannot be excluded or limited, nor the legal rights towards a
distributor from whom a product has been purchased. In France, you thus
have the legal guarantee of conformity referred to in articles L.211-4, L.211-5
and L.211-12 of the Consumer Code as well as the legal guarantee against
hidden defects referred to in articles 1641. to 1649 of the Civil Code. These
guarantees give the consumer specific rights, and the consumer may also
benefit from specific rights depending on the Country, State or Province. The
consumer may exercise these rights as they see fit.
Handles and other accessories, which are directly replaceable by the user, can
