Use of the Support Belt
Next, insert the lock pin (1) in the fitting hole
existing in the sealer (2) in a way that coincides
with the bore in the support base of the blade
(8) to assemble the lock. With the blade fixation
wrench (3) release the fastening nut (4), observing
that the screw thread is left. Remove the nut (4),
the height limiting (5) and position the blade (7).
To assemble, include the support flange (6), over
the blade and follow the reverse order, respecting
the sequence.
Attention!
Never hold the blade with the hand
when fastening or releasing the fastening
nut, once it can cause serious injuries.
Do not use blades presenting external
diameter higher than the specifications
contained in the Technical Specifications
table on page 24.
Cutting blade fitting bore diameter is of
1 inch (2.54 cm).
A brush cutter well adapted to the support belt,
considerably facilitates the work. Correctly
adjusting it, you will avoid pain in the arms or
lumbar region.
Take advantage of the adjust possibilities for the
equipment to the individually adapted, where the
arms shall be slightly curved.
The brush cutter height depends on the work
conditions. In lands with difficult access, with the
presence of many stones and branches, the position
must be higher.
